BENEATH THE SILVER MOON

The fog rolls in tonight.
Hold on to me real tight.
The moon is out to play.
The Dead are here to stay.

The stars twinkle and shine.
Soon you will be all mine.
Beneath the silver moon,
We’ll join as fork and spoon.

No one is in our way
As we frolic and play.
The moon is my witness.
I love you, my princess.

WELCOME THE NIGHT

Welcome the night
And its friend, the moon.
Don’t take flight
From the man in the moon.
Let the moon take over
From the sun’s bright reign.
Let the sun take cover
Without hesitation or pain.
A thick blanket will fall,
Covering the earth with security.
Darkness will cover all
With its grace and purity.
The stars will twinkle and shine.
For the sun, do not pine.
It will be back tomorrow morning
So no need for any worrying.

RAIN DROPS

The rain drops sprinkle so bright.
I close my eyes this dark night.
I can see the twinkling light.
As I keep my eyes closed tight.

NIGHT TO DAY

The sun sets in fire,Leaving for the day.Hiding its bright face,Refusing to stay.It is the moon’s turnTo bring night to day.Its white face a grinAs it wants to play.Stars twinkle and glowTo brighten the sky.The moon moves away,Climbing way up high.

The sun sets in fire,
Leaving for the day.
Hiding its bright face,
Refusing to stay.

It is the moon’s turn
To bring night to day.
Its white face a grin
As it wants to play.

Stars twinkle and glow
To brighten the sky.
The moon moves away,
Climbing way up high.
