BRING THE PAIN

Source:

The sun hides its head
While the waves rage on.
The clouds turn away
While blood rushes on.
The moon shies away
While the tide meets rock.
Faces hide in vain
While the seas bring the pain.

THE CANDLES ON THESE WALLS

The candles on these walls
throw shadows down the halls.
Shadows that float in the air,
horrors that I cannot bear.

Soft sighs follow in their wake,
my insides begin to quake.
Gargoyles stare at us from above,
I’m thrust forward by a hard shove.

Revolving rooms lead us through a maze.
I follow along, lost in a daze.
I ask, “How do we get out of here?”
My hands covering my face in fear.

Am I standing in a flood?
I look down at all the blood.
It flows from the indoor pool.
As you know I’m not a fool.

I’m out of here as quick as can be.
There’s nothing else I want to see.

BLOODY MARY

I can see you.
from inside the mirror.
I will come for you
when you least expect it.
Don’t let your guard down.
Don’t fall asleep.
For soon your life will be over.
You said the words,
“Bloody Mary.”
It’s now too late to take them back.
They are written in blood.
Your blood.
Bloody Mary is here to stay.

SEEK SHELTER

The sky rumbles its pain.
The clouds shout out in vain.
The water bubbles hot.
It won’t forget you not.
Run from the hot flames of hail.
Try to hide to no avail.
Seek shelter from the storm.
This will be the new norm.
The Dead now run the town.

Run from the hot flames of hail.
Try to hide to no avail.
Seek shelter from the storm.
This will be the new norm.
The Dead now run the town.
Chin up and dare not frown.
We must bow to their favor.
While we wait for our Savior.

ATTACK OF NATURE

Lightning hits the spot.
Thunder rumbles by.
Clouds flee in horror.
Sky turns black in fear.
End House is under attack.
Nature has its final say.

BLOOD

My fingers touch my face.
They glisten crimson
in the fading light.
Red drops hit the ground
from my moist lips.
I feel parched.
A thirst I’ve never felt before.
I look around at the fallen bodies.
Throats ripped open.
Sightless eyes open.

I’ve become one of them.

CALM BEFORE THE STORM

The Dead are rising.
Cemeteries and crypts will be busy.
Wine will be flowing and so will the blood.
Come out, come out wherever you are!

Time is passing.
Night is approaching.
The moon is rising.
Dark shadows will walk the streets.
Take shelter before it is too late,
before you become one with the shadows.

Life can change in seconds.
The sun can be shining.
Then in moments,
you’re engulfed in a storm.
Palm trees are swaying in the wind.
Rooftops are flying.
The Dead don’t take prisoners.

ENTER THE ZONE

Enter the zone
where tourists party,
champagne flows
And so does the blood.

BURN BABY BURN

BURN BABY BURN

Burn baby burn.
Your blood runs hot.
Oozing down the stem.
Dripping to the ground.
Leaving mounds of red.
Where buds will spring up.
And take their rightful place.
In the world of The Dead.

WELCOME TO OUR CASTLE

Welcome to our castle.
Not to be a hassle
But please knock on the door.
It will open for you and more.
Step inside and join our party.
Everyone eat hearty
Until midnight strikes doom on the head.
All will be gone except for The Dead.
