INNOCENT
(Source:

Come closer to touch my petals.
See how they are rough and pointy.
Move closer to my open mouth.
I am hungry for your sweetness.
A yummy meal to be had today.
An innocent flower I am not.

I’LL WAIT
All is quiet.
Night is approaching.
I see humans in the distance.
And they have food.
I’m hungry.
There’s no hurry.
I’ll just get comfortable.
Bide my time.
They will still be there
When I’m ready.
Lick, lick, lick,…

COME WITH ME INTO THE NIGHT
Guess who?
It’s me, honey.
I’ve had a long day at work.
It has made me feel grumpy.
I feel changed in some way.
Do my hands feel furry?
They look furry to me.
All of a sudden I’m hungry.
Hungry for you, my darling.
Come with me.
We’ll dance in the moonlight.
The night holds mystery and romance.
There are creatures who walk the night.
Come with me…

WE MIGHT BE CATS
If you come near,
I might not hear.
I’m taking a dip,
Beware of a nip.
Tigers might be cats,
But we’re hungry rats
When silly humans approach us
Away from their tourist bus.
Meow

COME WITH ME
Guess who?
It’s me, honey.
I’ve had a long day at work.
It's made me feel grumpy.
I feel changed in some way.
Do my hands feel furry?

All of a sudden I’m hungry.
Hungry for you, my darling.
Come with me and
we’ll dance into the night.
The night holds mystery and
adventure for us.
There are creatures who walk the night.
Come with me…
